Great for bagels and bread

I'm a huge fan of Rada knives, am slowly replacing all my other knives with Rada. This is an excellent choice for cutting bagels and smaller loaves of bread. Same great quality as all Rada knives. Love it!

The right size

I wish I had known about these little knives earlier. As soon as it arrived, I used it to slice open my sub sandwich roll. It cut cleanly and did not mash the sandwich. This is not a big deal, but it is one less thing to get aggravated about.

Great purchase

This is one super knife....feels good in my hand and cuts through bread without a problem. Would highly recommend.

Goes through cheese without sticking.

We got this to use as a cheese knife. It works quite well.

Excellent but short bread knife

Excellent value for the money, but too short as a bread knife. Buy this one for tomatoes and the longer version for bread.

Perfect Bread Knife!

This is the best bread knife that we've purchased. It cuts the bread evenly and cleanly without any effort. Also, I like the smaller size of the blade which is just right for slicing bread. We would recommend it.

Easy to work with, doesn't make my bread crumby

I bake no knead sandwich bread but since they are delicate, it had been pretty hard to cut them into then slices. Now I am able to do it and my family is pretty happy about the result. It works and price is pretty good so highly recommend :) edit 04/14/15 The knife is still strong and sharp. Although I got two more bread knives from restaurant supply stores since I wanted a longer knife than 6 inch, nothing works like this bread knife. Those ones make a mess with lots of crumbs... I am planning to get 10 inch bread knife from the same company for cutting larger loaves.

Great knife

Works great, and the length is perfect for cutting bagels, too. A nice addition to my Rada knife collection.

I love these knives!

I have now replaced all my other knives with Rada - including the sharpener! They are very easy to use - sharp but not heavy in the hand.
