Giò Gà Ngũ Sắc - món ăn ngon đem lại nhiều may mắn cho cả nhà trong dịp Tết. Cách làm giò gà ngũ sắc nguyên con không khó. Cách làm giò gà ngũ sắc nguyên con: Gà ta mình mua ở chợ, đã nhờ người bán làm sạch lông và nội tạng gà. Gà nguyên con mua về đem rửa sạch máu gà, dùng 1 con dao nhỏ để tiến hành rút xương ở thân gà. Còn phần xương đùi, cánh và đầu gà thì giữ nguyên nhé!
Giò gà ngũ sắc: Trộn đều giò sống với đậu Hà Lan, cà rốt, thịt nguội thái nhỏ. Nêm gia vị gồm: 1 muỗng canh nước mắm, 1 muỗng canh hạt nêm, 2 muỗng cà phê đường, 1 muỗng cà phê tiêu, trộn đều. Sau đó nhồi nguyên liệu vừa trộn cùng với lòng đỏ trứng vịt muối vào đầy bụng gà dùng chỉ khâu kín bụng gà lại. Phết nước ép củ nghệ lên da gà, đem hấp 30-45 phút.
Đợi giò gà ngũ sắc hơi nguội thì cắt lát là có thể thưởng thức nhé. Món giò gà ngũ sắc nguyên con trông rất đẹp thích hợp làm món ăn nổi bật trong các món ăn của mâm cổ cúng ngày Tết.
